​​​By booking our mobile detailing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Services Offered
We provide professional mobile auto detailing services, including interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, polishing, and other vehicle care services. All services are performed at the customer's location unless otherwise specified.
Service Area
Our mobile services are available within San Diego. Additional fees may apply for service outside this area.

Cancellations, Deposits & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
• If you cancel on the day of service, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit is refundable minus a 12% processing fee (to cover transaction and administrative costs).
• Please note: Appointments may be delayed by 1–2 hours depending on the level of work required on vehicles scheduled before yours. We will communicate promptly if any delays occur.
Deposit Requirements
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required:
• $25 for mini detail services
• $50 for full detail services
• $100 for ceramic coating services
Declined Payments or No-Shows
If a payment is declined, or you do not complete your booking or fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited with no refund.
Customer Responsibilities
Please note that for cars that are extremely dirty or require special attention such as those with mold, excessive sand, pet hair, vomit, or other challenging conditions, an additional charge will be applied.
​If your vehicle has pet hair, stains, grime, sand, or buildup, we’ll add an upcharge ($40–$100) depending on the level of work needed. As well as: ​
Vomit (seat/floor) $75-$150
Mold/Mildew removal $150-$250
Urine (light surface) $75+
Urine (soaked padding) $200+
Ozone treatment (for odor) $100-$150
This fee reflects the extra time and resources needed to clean your vehicle thoroughly. We will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with the service.
Please remove all personal items and valuables from the vehicle before service and notify us of any known issues with the vehicle (e.g., leaks, sensitive electronics).​​

Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather that may impact service (e.g., heavy rain, storms), we may need to reschedule your appointment. You will be notified as early as possible.

Liability
​We take all necessary precautions during service, but we are not liable for damage caused by poor vehicle condition or hidden issues.
